1 - Le 29 mai dernier, Dominique Royet, directrice du partenariat pour le WWF France avec Lafarge, m'a fait part du soutient du WWF, aux associations locales, je la cite : "Nous leur avons fait part de notre solidarite avec les ssociations locales"

Pour ce qui concerne les suites de l'affaire "Chatak", c'est "business as usual" :

"Lafarge Surma Cement Ltd has further informed that it has received a copy of the order of the hearing of the Supreme Court of India held on 23 November'07. The Court has passed an interim order permitting Lafarge Umiam Mining Private Ltd to continue mining operations pending forest clearance application. Accordingly, the company commenced shipments of limestone from its quarry in Meghalaya to the cement plant at Chatak to restart clinker operations."
